Returns & Exchanges
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
To initiate a return, please email info@shoplacool.com. We accept returns and exchanges for full-price, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Return Details:
- Online Returns: A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Local Online Returns: If you're local, you can return your online purchase in-store at no charge.
- Return Window: Returns will not be accepted if merchandise is not shipped within the 5-day return window.
- Refund Timing: Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of returned items for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition of Returns:
- Shoes must be returned in the original box with all original contents.
- Try shoes only on carpeted surfaces to ensure they stay in new condition.
- Items with stains, odors, or visible wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that are damaged during transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
- It is the customer's responsibility to securely package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns for store credit ONLY on full priced items within 7 days of purchase in original condition with all tags attached, accompanied with receipt.
