Returns & Exchanges

Online Returns

To initiate an online return please email info@shoplacool.com. 

Online returns postmarked back to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase are eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked back to us within 7 to 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. 

Returned items must arrive in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) to be eligible for refund. Items that are returned and arrive damaged cannot be refunded. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original contents. Try shoes on carpeted surfaces only. Items with stains, odors, or visible wear are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely.

Special orders that have been customized or personalized in any way are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.

If you need rush delivery, please contact us prior to ordering at info@shoplacool.com. Currently, l.a.cool only ships within the U.S.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days from receipt of returned items for funds to appear back in your account. Contact info@shoplacool.com to initiate returns. 

In-Store Returns

We will gladly accept returns on regular priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. Returns back to us within 7 to 14 daysafter receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@shoplacool.com. No cash refunds will be offered.
