Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and engaging customers
- Generating sales and building customer relationships
- Demonstrating knowledge of the merchandise, designers, and fashion trends to maximize sales
- Quick thinking and listening to customers to identify their needs, including curating outfits that fit their body type, lifestyle, and sense of style. This can lead to personal styling opportunities
- Assisting with social media planning and execution
- Maintaining housekeeping and visual standards in the store
- Assisting with daily store operations including (but not limited to) inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising
- Possessing the computer skills to operate the POS register, email systems, and E-commerce website
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior selling or customer service experience preferred
- Prior retail experience a plus
- Must be a sales-driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented individual
- Must have a positive, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
- Must be a team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 pounds when merchandising the sales floor, and use ladders or stairs
- Must have the flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Compensation:
